Things are looking good so far. I got a shelving unit and dresser for my boy's bedroom. The dresser is currently out of stock which I was aware of when I placed the order. The shelving came first and the delivery company just tossed it over my fence instead of ringing the bell like they should have. It was rainy and the heavy box took a beating. I reached out to customer service and they sent a replacement right away without any issues. My handyman assembled it for us. Fair warning though: if you're not comfortable with furniture assembly, this could take a while. We finished ours in about an hour, but most people would probably need two to three hours or more. Still waiting on that dresser, but I'm optimistic it'll be solid since it's from the same collection. Customer service really impressed me overall.

This has been a mixed experience overall and I wish I could recommend them, but I can't. I won't be ordering from this company again, and that's disappointing to me. I bought three arched cabinets and when they arrived, I saw serious problems with how they were finished. The door colors don't line up with each other. The cabinets look different from one another. Something's just off about them. To their credit, the customer service team was really helpful. They gave me back my full payment and let me keep the cabinets. The downside? They haven't shown my review on their site. Plus, they acted like the finish issues were something they'd never heard about, even though I found other customer reviews saying the exact same thing. They keep selling this item knowing there's a problem with it, and they seem to be blocking negative reviews from showing up. I'm hoping my review gets posted eventually so I can revise this. But for now, I can't recommend shopping there. I didn't lose money, but I wasted a lot of time on furniture that doesn't look right, and they seem okay with selling it to other people anyway.

The way these pieces look in my space is just wonderful. Assembly did require paying my handyman about four hours for the work, plus I noticed a couple of small scratches on some interior surfaces. That said, once everything was put together, the furniture looked amazing and I'd definitely make the same purchase decision again!

I had to leave everything outside on my porch for two weeks before I could bring it in, hoping the smell would fade. Even after a whole month has gone by, I still catch that smell whenever I open the drawers. It's pretty unpleasant.

The quality is solid for the price point, very straightforward to assemble, instructions were clear with good visuals, and the customer service team was wonderful to work with. Plus my order shipped out within seven days. Really happy with this company overall.

Nice quality furniture at a good price. I picked up a love seat and a couple of club chairs for my back patio area, but unfortunately one of the chairs showed up with damage. I rang the customer service number on the instructions and actually got to speak with someone right away. After I explained what was wrong, they right away arranged to send out a replacement chair. The new one got here within a week. Really impressed with how they handled everything. I'm satisfied with my purchase and will definitely shop with them again without any doubt.

The build quality feels solid for what you're paying. Honestly, the one thing I notice with cheaper wood furniture is usually scuffed edges or visible seams, but that's not happening here. Everything looks clean and put together, all the parts fit smoothly, and bonus, felt pads came included to protect my wood floors. I'd absolutely buy from them again in a heartbeat.

Terrible quality overall. Everything needs to be assembled which takes a ton of time, and they never tell you that upfront before you checkout. I spent four hours putting together some cabinets. Important pieces were missing from my order and certain components didn't align properly. I couldn't even finish putting the whole thing together. It was really frustrating. I tried calling customer service four different times and couldn't get through to anyone. Would strongly advise staying away from this company.
