Nearly Natural Reviews
What Shoppers Say About Nearly Natural
Nearly Natural receives overwhelmingly negative feedback from shoppers, with the vast majority reporting significant disappointment with product quality and customer service. Reviewers consistently describe the artificial flowers and plants as poorly constructed, with common complaints including sparse flowers, frayed petals, visible hot glue residue, missing pieces, and products that look cheap despite premium pricing. Multiple shoppers also report sizing discrepancies, such as a wreath advertised at 24 inches measuring only 10 inches across, and a 5-foot tree appearing overly plastic. Customer service issues compound these problems, with reports of incomplete orders, unresponsive resolution attempts, and inflexible policies regarding shipping address mistakes or order corrections.
The few shoppers who gave higher ratings represent a small minority. With 75 percent one-star reviews, the store struggles with both product quality and post-purchase support. Shoppers express frustration about the gap between marketing claims (the "Nearly Natural" brand promise) and actual product appearance and durability. Many explicitly state they will not order again and suggest finding better alternatives at dollar stores or craft retailers.

Sorted by: Most recentGot the Azalea hanging plant and it's not worth the price. The flowers are really sparse and I ordered it as an outdoor piece. Totally unhappy. Won't be ordering from them again.
The only way these are nearly natural is if you view them in complete darkness. These people need to invest in a flashlight and a measuring tape. The 24-inch pink cherry blossom wreath? It's actually only 10 inches across. This was my second letdown from products ordered through a shopping show, so apparently they also need flashlights and rulers. The flowers look like dollar store clearance and the Swiss Monstera is pathetic. I doubt this company will be around much longer.
Absolutely horrible. They sent only two of three items and claim I got my full order just because a delivery was confirmed. I even sent photos showing the boxes couldn't have fit the third item, and they responded with a condescending email. Do they really think I'm making this up for a $60 plastic plant? They don't care. I just want what I actually paid for.
Ordered a tree for my vacation home and the system sent it to my primary address instead of where I wanted it. I called within five minutes and they said it was too late, even though it didn't actually ship for two more days. I wasn't there to get it or send it back. Be careful if you have multiple addresses. They won't get my business again.
I've found better quality at dollar stores and craft shops. The construction is terrible. Petals were frayed everywhere, hot glue strings were all over the leaves and stems, some petals were ripped, and flowers were missing pieces entirely. I bought several orchid styles. If the hot glue tangling wasn't there and the fraying was fixed, they might look nice, but the craftsmanship is so poor it's hard to tell. I might try their real touch version if returning these garbage orchids is hassle-free.
So disappointed with the quality. The fern arrangement looked plastic and unattractive, and the pothos was poorly made silk. Nothing looked realistic like the pictures showed. Don't spend your money on these cheap items.
Complete garbage. I got a pre-lit birch tree for my holiday display back in October. When I opened it in late November, half the lights weren't working and the base attachment was loose and unstable. Total waste of money. I contacted the seller after the 30-day window and they refused to help. This company needs to be held responsible for their terrible quality products or shut down.
Save your cash. Just got my 6.5-foot golden palm and it's plastic, not silk, and feels like dollar store quality. Wasted $75. No instructions on leaf shaping so I bent one and it snapped right off. Looks incredibly cheap. They don't even list a phone number for customer service, and from what I've read, there basically isn't any real support anyway.
I honestly don't even want to give one star for this. Everything looks dirt cheap and their return policy is ridiculous. I bought two sets of artificial limes that were awful, and when I tried returning them, the company rejected them because they were on sale. They seem to artificially inflate the regular price and then mark things down to make it seem like a deal, but you're still paying way too much for garbage quality. I'm leaving feedback on other sites because other retailers shouldn't carry this brand.
