Love these fake plants! They look fantastic, got here quickly, and the customer service team is excellent. Had an issue with my order and they went above and beyond to make it right. Definitely ordering again.

I'm giving this three stars mostly because my order just went through, but I was really let down that there's no gift wrapping option available. After I submitted my order, I emailed asking if they could add one and got refused. When I asked how the person getting it would know who sent it, they said the recipient would need to call with the order details. Fingers crossed the delivery goes smoothly, but first impression wasn't great.

Bought a 6-foot palm and it looks completely artificial. The overall quality is terrible and not worth your money. Look elsewhere for something better.

This is an absolute rip-off. First order for two items: basket with ferns and twigs, and tulips in a glass globe. I really wanted to support American-made goods, but these plants looked terrible and tattered. I've bought faux plants before and they looked great. These were tiny and a complete mess. Both items were over $60 each. Returning seemed like more money and hassle, so I just learned an expensive lesson. All their five-star reviews seem fake since the good ones are the only ones you see. Skip this company.

Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. My package arrived damaged and barely sealed. The tree itself is sparse and looks cheap. I went through the hassle of returning it, had to pay for UPS pickup, and then they only partially reimbursed me, leaving me out money on shipping costs. Terrible company that I'd never recommend to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and shop elsewhere.

Thinking about ordering from Nearly Natural? Don't. Customer support is basically nonexistent. My shipment got held up and arrived damaged, courtesy of FedEx. Phone calls and emails started off seeming promising, but it became obvious they're not going to do anything about it. This happened well within the 30-day window too. Wasted my time and money. I'm contacting my credit card company for help.

Shop Amazon instead for their products. The items look okay if they actually arrive in good shape, but their poor construction, terrible packaging, and horrible customer support aren't worth the risk. I'm switching to Amazon anyway since it's cheaper and better.

Awful products paired with terrible support. My supposedly UV-resistant outdoor trees turned blue within two months. Customer service basically said tough luck after 30 days. I won't be ordering again.

Below average quality, plain and simple. I've made two large purchases of artificial plants from them. My first order over $500 was hanging baskets I didn't realize needed indoor-only placement, so they faded. My fault there. But my second order was $600 for six hanging ferns, and five out of six have unraveling twine. Customer service said since it's been over a month they won't refund or replace, though they did offer 25% back. That's still a fortune for plants that fell apart in less than two months. I won't order from them again.
