My order got stuck going through customs for over two weeks. Customer service kept saying this was normal and wouldn't send me a replacement to make sure I got it when needed. They basically said if it doesn't show up they'll just give me my money back. So when you buy from them, understand there's a chance your stuff might not even arrive. Really unreliable and their approach makes no sense.

Once I tried the Barely Zero bra, I stopped looking at other brands completely. I'm 5'5 and a 32B and this one size style is perfect for me. I've seen other people with different sizes like 32D having great luck too. I've been wearing these for the past four years and honestly can't imagine switching now or anytime in the future.

Be aware when you're trying on bras. I tested one on and realized it wasn't right for me, so I sent it back right away. They came back saying it had signs of being worn and wouldn't accept the return.
