Not coming back. Ordered a couple bras and they charged me $25 for shipping so I figured it was coming from somewhere nearby. Turns out it shipped from overseas and here we are two weeks later still waiting. There's basically no customer service to speak of. The whole thing was a disappointment and the pricing isn't worth it.
Sent back an item using the return label they gave me and dropped it off at the carrier. A week later I checked in about my refund, and their customer service just said they couldn't help. They didn't investigate what happened or reach out to the shipping company at all. I followed their instructions perfectly but they acted like they couldn't care less. It really feels like they're handing out bogus labels so they never actually have to process returns. Pretty sketchy operation if you ask me. Won't be ordering again.
