Been a loyal customer buying their Active Support tights for years now and I've spent good money on them. I've tried so many other versions like medium sheer and regular support but nothing comes close to helping my tired legs like those did. Since I'm in the UK, I always stock up when I order. I know I'm not alone in this, so please bring back the Active Support tights.
Got my order of two bras super quick. After placing it, I got a shipping notification within just a couple of days, and then the package arrived shortly after that with the right items inside.
Placed an order for Bali underwear on November 17 and needed it sent to where I'd be vacationing for three weeks. Got tracking updates over the next two weeks but it never showed up. Called customer service asking when it would arrive and they said it was out of stock. That didn't make sense since I had tracking info. They couldn't help at all and while we were talking, I got an email saying my payment was being refunded. Pretty unacceptable. Is this even a real business? Do they actually have stuff to sell?
Bought two boxes of Leggs Sheer Energy pantyhose from them, specifically the Q+ nude style. When I opened the packages, they were nicely folded like drawer storage. But when I tried to put them on, something seemed off. There was no tag in the waistband and the control top felt more like the full support version I used to buy, which has been discontinued. Just wondering if these got mixed up in shipping with the full support ones. Still, I'm keeping what I got and will definitely order Leggs Sheer Energy again.
You have to phone them to get any info on your order status. They never send shipping notifications, just a confirmation that they got it. When I tried to cancel, they said nope, it's already being processed and I'd have to wait up to seven days for them to ship it. Their whole system for order tracking and cancellations is really outdated. I'm not ordering from them again.
Ordered a bigger bra from them to upgrade from my old 36DD, got a 38DDD instead. But this new one runs tiny compared to my older one. The band measures closer to 30 inches instead of the 38 it should be, and the straps are about two and a half inches too short to even fit over my shoulders properly. They're only offering me a partial refund for something that's completely unwearable.

Placed an order for two ivory bras but what showed up was cream colored instead. My order confirmation and the packing slip both said cream, but that's clearly their error since I ordered ivory. Now they want me to cover the return shipping costs myself and haul it to the post office. This is unacceptable when it's their mistake. They should have sent a prepaid label so I could just leave it outside. Better yet, if ivory wasn't available, they could've contacted me about swapping colors. I'm not shopping there again because I shouldn't have to jump through hoops to fix their mess.
Made my order on November 25 and called the next day asking to switch to a smaller size. They said they couldn't do it because the order was already in progress. Then they didn't even charge my card until November 30. Now it's December 2 and still no shipment. Since they clearly had plenty of time, I wanted to ask them again about changing the size, but I can't find an email address anywhere on the site. Probably won't shop there again.
