Absolutely terrible experience. My order took forever to get shipped. While waiting, customer service was useless - they just give you runaround answers. Whatever you do, do not use their return label. I dropped mine at the Post Office and they picked it up the next day, but once it left there was no tracking and still no refund. You should read all the other reviews with the same complaints before even thinking about ordering. This company should be shut down. I'm going to post reviews everywhere I can.
