Their website has a serious glitch that stops you from actually completing a purchase. When I contacted their customer service team about it, they basically told me to just buy through Amazon instead. I made it clear I wasn't interested in ordering from Amazon and asked them to actually fix their site. I got the runaround for days with back and forth emails, and eventually they claimed the issue had been resolved. I checked it out myself and nothing changed at all. The checkout still wouldn't work. After that I never heard from them again.
