Would give zero stars if possible. Seriously reconsider before buying from Orient. I purchased a high-end watch and they left it sitting right on my front step with no signature required. Nobody informed me it arrived and I only found out by checking the tracking myself. That was back in September. When I reached out with concerns, they said they'd look into it. I followed up again in October because I hadn't heard anything, and got the same response about escalating the issue. Now it's December and still nothing. Their customer service is completely unacceptable. I'm telling everyone to stay far away. If I hadn't randomly checked that tracking, my expensive watch would've been stolen and they wouldn't have cared one bit.

Really upset with how they handle returns on their own mistakes. I got a Bambino that's nothing like what the listing showed. The website said gray dial with a light tone, and the photos looked that way too, but the actual watch has a super dark gray dial and a dark green strap. Nobody I've shown it to thinks the pictures match the real thing at all. Returning it seemed simple enough until I saw there's no refund for shipping either way. The watch itself was pricey and I ended up out fifty bucks of my own money to send it back. That's frustrating because the color mismatch is totally on them and their photos.

The UK site has pretty awful support. Before I bought anything, I asked about the strap color since it wasn't clearly shown on the website or in the photos. They sent me the same generic response both times without actually answering my question. When I asked about when a certain model would be back in stock, I got that identical generic message again. I tried calling and got told their phone lines weren't available. So I ended up ordering from a different authorized UK retailer who has way better service. It's disappointing that this is coming from Orient's official UK site. Really turned me off. I ended up ordering as a gift or I definitely would've switched to another brand entirely. The agent handling my requests seems like a bot just firing off templated responses. If something goes wrong, you're probably going to be ignored. Skip this and order through another authorized seller who actually cares. Not worth the hassle.

Total letdown. Within two months the watch had serious scratching and chipping way beyond what should happen during normal use. Then the pin holding the strap on just fell out after minimal stress, nothing extreme like the dog's leash grazed it once. When I called customer service expecting help, they basically told me to get lost. I even mentioned I'd be posting negative reviews about this and they just got nastier. Absolute nightmare from start to finish.
