It's alright. Not really worth the premium price tag in my opinion. The item is well built, but the heat doesn't stick around for long, maybe just a few minutes, and it's uncomfortable against the body. Not what I was hoping for.

I was searching for a neck pillow that checked every box: solid neck support so you wake up without pain, breathable material that doesn't trap heat and keeps you cool, premium quality that feels good and lasts, a washable cover for hygiene, and something lightweight and easy to take anywhere. The Ostrichpillow Go checked all these boxes and more. I looked at other brands but nothing comes close. This design is the best out there. The asymmetrical shape and 360-degree adjustability mean it works perfectly whether you're leaning left or right when you doze off. You can even customize where the support is with the velcro strap. It's honestly a game changer.

When my travel pillow arrived, the drawstring on the carrier bag snapped the first time I used it. I contacted them for a replacement, and they said they'd send one out. That was 10 days ago and it still hasn't shipped. When I asked for an update, I got vague responses and was basically told it was somehow my fault for the delay. They won't give a straight answer about what's taking so long. Look, I just want them to send the replacement already. It's a carry bag. They shipped my original order in a day, so why is this taking forever? I'm really let down by how they're handling this. Just send the thing and investigate later.

Excellent product that I've used on several flights and it performs really well. The neck support is fantastic and makes flying so much more comfortable. I had a problem with the zipper on my first cover, but the customer service team replaced it under warranty without any hassle. Super happy with how they handled it!

This was some of the best money I've spent. Got 4 travel pillows for everyone in the family for a long international flight and it made such a huge difference. Totally worth the investment. Their customer service is top notch too. We misplaced the bag for one pillow and they replaced all 4 completely free. We're already thinking about picking up the eye masks as well.

Over the years I've purchased way more than 15 different Ostrich products, starting out as someone who was really skeptical. Most of them, especially the travel pillows, eye covers, and cooling gel pillow, have been amazing. The hot/cold water bottle wasn't as useful. I just got my latest pair of pillows in December. A recent delivery had some issues, but the support team responded right away with replacements in different colors. Even better, they tracked down my original order with my preferred color choice and made sure I got it. They really stood out for their genuine care, honesty, and warmth. I'm sticking with them even with all the competition out there. I literally can't live without these for good quality sleep, and they work as a regular pillow too.
