Sorted by: Most recentPretty good overall. Shipping is quick and they get orders right most of the time. The pricing breaks are solid. However, I've had a couple situations where I've sent emails with specific requests formatted in bold and underlined to make sure they stand out, and they still end up getting missed. That's caused problems for me when my customers didn't get what they needed on time because of these mix-ups. On top of that, when I call to follow up, the staff sometimes comes across as kind of dismissive or rushed, like they're irritated even though I haven't done anything wrong. Overall it's a pretty efficient operation, but there's definitely room for improvement on the customer service and order accuracy side of things.
