The site doesn't make their 30 day warranty obvious in the UK, and this company has bent over backwards to avoid taking responsibility even though the product left the factory defective and clearly shouldn't have passed inspection. I really think a company's character shows in how they handle problems, not just whether something arrives broken. These guys come across as straight up unethical with how they've dodged accountability, basically a scam when you think about it - you give them money and get nothing in return. I'd strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
Ordered a pair of these on Dec 3rd and made sure to do it early so I'd definitely have it before the holidays. Got a shipping notification right away but then the item just never showed up. I reached out and they explained there was an issue with their fulfillment system and that shipping confirmations go out mechanically. My bad for thinking that automatically meant it actually left the warehouse, but apparently for them it just means the email fires off three days later whether or not anything has actually gone out. Never got the product, got a refund instead, and now if I want to try again they're charging 30 percent more. Definitely proceed with caution.
Absolutely terrible experience. They refuse to cover the warranty when something breaks after six weeks. The person running their customer service is honestly someone who shouldn't be handling customer interactions at all. Really condescending and dismissive. The products themselves might actually be solid, which makes it even more frustrating, but their support team ruins the whole thing.
