When I contacted support, they couldn't even give me a straight answer about when my order would arrive. They said sorry about the delay but didn't offer anything to make up for it. I tried to cancel since nothing had shipped yet and they wouldn't let me. Out of the three candles I bought, only one actually got refunded and I still don't understand why the other one disappeared from my order. Eventually a single candle showed up in an oversized box roughly two weeks after I placed my order. I'm still waiting on the last one with zero information on whether it's actually coming. Not coming back to this company again.
