On December 18th I filled out their online form asking for an update and requesting they cancel the order if it couldn't arrive before Christmas. The order finally showed up on December 30th and I reached out that same day to let them know I had asked to cancel it and wanted to return the unopened package for my money back. Still no response. There's no phone number you can actually call. When you try to reach customer service through their website, you just get an automated message that says contacting them again might merge your requests together and send your message to the end of the line and might even lose important details. This is appalling service. I'm really disappointed and frustrated that they refuse to respond.
Horrible service. Good luck if you need to call or email about anything. Nobody answers the phone and there's no way to get answers about your order.
I've been a customer for almost twenty years and spent hundreds of dollars with them. This time I ordered pajamas for my wife on December 4th for Christmas. Kept checking for tracking information but found out the order hadn't even been processed or shipped by December 17th. After reading what other customers were experiencing, I went online and ordered a nice set from a different company instead for less money, and those arrived on Christmas Eve. The set from this company finally showed up on December 28th. They won't get my business again.

Pajamagram used to be where we always bought our holiday matching pajamas. You could get them personalized, they came beautifully packaged, and the quality was excellent. It turns out Vermont Teddy Bear sold Pajamagram to a private equity firm back in April 2024. Based on what happened to us and what I'm reading from other unhappy customers, I wouldn't be shocked if this company doesn't survive much longer. It's unfortunate when companies get sold off and then run into the ground.

Same lousy experience as everyone else, really bad all around. The communication is just awful. I ordered before Thanksgiving to make sure everything would get here in time for Christmas.
