Ordered on December 3rd and still hadn't heard anything by December 20th about where my package was or when it would arrive. Called their phone line multiple times but kept getting an automated message saying nobody could take my call. Tried reaching out through their website contact form several times with nothing but silence in return. I've ordered from them in previous years without any issues, but this year has been a disaster. If this order shows up after Christmas, I'm sending it back. Completely unacceptable.

Would give zero stars if possible. Awful service, sent me the wrong item, and when I tried to return it and get what I ordered, they said they couldn't do an exchange because the price had changed even though it was their mistake that sent the wrong thing in the first place. Terrible. And they also claimed they reshipped my pajamas but they never actually did.
