Beyond just the products though, I loved learning about the company's mission and its connection to Ethiopia. Decided to take the plunge and place an order. Placed it on May 5th from the US and had it in my hands by May 8th in Switzerland. Everything went smoothly - the customer service team kept me in the loop, shipping costs were all sorted during checkout, the packaging was clean and simple, and I could track my shipment the whole way. Absolutely no hiccups. When it arrived, the bag itself was even better than expected. Really impressed with Parker Clay overall. Definitely planning to shop with them again!
