Absolutely terrible experience with their support team. I reached out multiple times after getting a part that wasn't compatible with my engine. Even though I sent them pictures and the serial number proving it wouldn't work, the representative kept insisting it was the correct part according to the manufacturer. They refused to help me out, so I ended up buying the right part somewhere else. Won't be shopping there again.

Don't bother ordering from them. I got an ECU that arrived in bubble wrap inside a white plastic bag. When I opened it up, the connector was completely wrong - they'd sent me a unit for a pre-2005 model. I called to return it and they flat out refused because I'd already opened the box. Here's a thought: if you won't accept opened returns, maybe use clear packaging so customers can verify what they're getting before opening it. Seriously, steer clear of this place.
