First, a representative put me on hold without explaining how long I'd be waiting, then transferred me back to hold mode without letting me say anything. When I finally got through, I was away from the phone for just a second, and the person on the other end said hello and hung up immediately without giving me even a moment to answer, even though I was trying to get back to respond. Once I managed to reach someone, they were equally unpleasant. I tried to cancel an order I'd just placed, but they refused, claiming they can't coordinate internally and that it had already shipped to the warehouse. The whole staff came across as rude and unwilling to help.
This promotion is completely misleading. They advertise a $10 discount on your first purchase just for signing up with your name and email, but there's a catch. The code only works if you spend at least $99, which pretty much cancels out the savings. On top of that, shipping costs $11.95. It's a total ripoff and doesn't live up to what they claim. Based on this bait and switch plus the negative feedback I found online, I decided against doing business with them at all.
