I have video footage from my security camera showing UPS delivered the empty box. After going back and forth with Penn for weeks, submitting photos and videos and filing a UPS claim, they finally sent a replacement. The whole situation felt really slow to handle, especially since I'd already paid for the product. I expected them to move faster on getting me what I bought.
