I spent close to $200 on this site for Christmas gifts. They split my order into two separate shipments on different dates. One package got damaged in transit, so they said they'd send a replacement, which they did. However, I was supposed to collect it in person, but they mailed it instead. When I called to explain that circumstances beyond my control prevented me from receiving it, the staff basically told me I was out of luck and offered a refund for that part of the order. What really bothered me was how the guy on the phone made it sound like I was responsible, saying "we sent this twice and you didn't pick it up" even though the shipping issues weren't my fault. I'd strongly advise against ordering from them, especially if it's for something time-sensitive like Christmas.
