Finding Personal Wine was such a relief! I loved being able to customize the label and order everything in one place. Perfect for creating those special personalized gifts for my bridesmaids. Between the moving stress, wedding preparations, and a hectic work schedule, I ran into a delivery problem. But Ben from their team was absolutely amazing. He jumped on it immediately and resolved it in no time. He was wonderful to chat with on the phone. I need to warn people about this. I sent out bridesmaid invitations with our custom photo, but instead they sent my friend a generic bottle with an image of a baby bottle that said "you are going to need this." I'm really worried now that all my other bridesmaids might get similar mistakes on their orders too.
