Ordered a dress through a major retailer but discovered it was actually being sold by Petal & Pup as a third party vendor. The package showed as delivered to my mailbox, but there's no way a maxi dress would fit in my small mailbox. I searched everywhere - porch, yard, driveway, and even asked neighbors. Nothing. I reached out to Petal & Pup the same day with no reply for a full week. Only after I filed a dispute with my credit card did they respond, and their answer was basically too bad. They said since the tracking shows delivered, they won't replace or refund it, and claimed the retailer won't either. I've been shopping at this major retailer for over 30 years and lived in my house just as long. I'm home during the day and get deliveries regularly without issues. My Ring doorbell footage shows no delivery was ever made. This company's refusal to help when their shipping carrier clearly dropped the ball is unacceptable. Don't buy from them if you want any customer service.
