This kind of treatment toward an older person trying to do the right thing for her cat is completely unacceptable. Shame.
Terrible experience here. I bought a small portable cage and was carrying it outside to our car when it just fell apart. We had our birds inside and they got out. We eventually found one but our other one is still gone. I really miss her. Before this happened I didn't realize other people had the same problem with cages from here failing. Should've known better. Really upset with this place.
They took money from my account without permission for a subscription order I had paused and won't give it back.
Total disaster of a company, they really don't give a damn about what their customers need. I bought a cat harness that didn't work and asked for my money back, but somehow it vanished from my order history. I couldn't even get store credit even though I clearly purchased it there. They straight up don't care. Awful.
I booked my puppy for grooming at the location in January and showed up for my morning appointment. When I walked in at 8:33, they told me the groomer decided not to come in that day so everything was cancelled. The receptionist didn't offer any other options, just suggested I wash my puppy myself. When I asked to speak with a manager about what we could do instead, I was told she's the only person there. I took a day off work specifically for this appointment and got treated like it was nothing. I've lost confidence in them now and won't be going back. The way the grooming staff operate and the attitude from management is unprofessional and disappointing.
Had my small dog groomed at the location and honestly left feeling really disappointed. The appointment took three hours and cost me 150 bucks for a job that wasn't even good. They tacked on an extra 50 dollars for removing two small tangles from his paws, which should've been quick and easy. The paw trim wasn't done right either and we'll need to have it redone in a few weeks. It felt like they just process dogs through like a factory line and are more interested in charging add-ons than actually taking care of the animals. The person who groomed him probably needs more training. Wouldn't recommend.
The prices shown online for the subscription option are fake. You pay 20 dollars more than what's advertised. Pretty dishonest if you ask me. You can get the exact same pet food from your vet for the same amount or even cheaper.
Seriously the best customer service experience I've had in ages. My last order came with the wrong sauce on a product, and the rep I talked to was fantastic. She walked me through everything step by step to fix it and really went above and beyond to make things right. Super impressed overall.
