Put down a pre-order for a collectible figure. Got a message about a charge attempt and approved it right away. Two days later they emailed saying the charge didn't go through, so they canceled it, and the item is now showing out of stock on their website. Making up reasons for cancellations doesn't look good. I won't be ordering from them again or telling any of my collecting buddies about this place.

The item I got definitely shouldn't have passed their quality check before being shipped to me. I don't feel good about trusting this company. They seem to be passing defective merchandise off to buyers. The figure I received literally had the head falling apart!

I put in a pre-order for a figurine and was excited about it. The release date rolled past without any shipping notification though. Found out they're known for canceling pre-orders when items don't come in, which makes zero sense for something pre-ordered. Emailed asking to cancel and ordered from another seller instead. They actually refused my cancellation request, claiming they just delayed the release without telling me, but promised I'd get it eventually. Months go by and finally they email saying it's out of stock and they're canceling after all. This is nuts. Glad I went somewhere else when I did. Would've really been stuck if I'd waited. Skip this place.

From what I experienced, this company is dishonest and operates in a shady way. They sold me stuff that wasn't actually in their inventory, didn't deliver, and I had to fight hard just to get my money back. I even had to involve the Better Business Bureau.

Ordered a few Transformers and they came out pretty quick. Everything was packed nicely. Plan on ordering more stuff in the future.

Looks like this operation is running some kind of scam. You buy something, they give you a tracking number, but nothing ever ships. They're doing this same thing on eBay where there's tons of negative feedback from thousands of people getting ripped off. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau and eBay. Hope they get investigated for this fraudulent activity. Stay far away from this place! Fair warning!!!

Put in a pre-order back in July. They kept pushing back the release date over and over (started as early September, then kept moving it back a few weeks at a time). I tried to be patient, but today I got an email saying my order's canceled because they're out of stock. This is really frustrating. I waited so long and was really looking forward to getting it.

Never got my order. Placed it over a month ago and they kept changing when it would be in stock. Don't bother ordering from them.

Bought an expensive item listed at $179 that showed as available. Payment went through completely, but then I heard nothing. Days later they told me they'd already sold it to someone else due to their own mistake. It was a pretty hard-to-find piece too.

Ordered a Funko POP set in January that was supposed to come in May. The manufacturer delayed production and release multiple times, which wasn't PopMarket's fault. But when I got a notification in early October that Funko had it available, I expected my order to process. Month goes by with nothing, so I reached out asking when to expect delivery. Their response was that the item got canceled because it's no longer available and they'd refund me. Pretty sure if I hadn't contacted them, they would've just kept my money and never sent anything. They knew in early October it wasn't going to happen and just sat on it until I called them out.
