Bought a vinyl that showed up damaged, the cover was totally bent. Emailed for a refund and waited two days for a response. They asked for pictures, which made sense. I sent photos and then waited another two days for them to reply. They said they'd send a return label. Over a week passed before the label actually arrived. Why not just email me a PDF I could print at home? After shipping the item back, they told me I'd have to wait a full 30 days for the refund! This whole process is going to take almost two months. Terrible experience. Don't shop here.

They stayed in touch the whole time, got my stuff shipped when they said they would, and it was packed really well. Really impressed with PopMarket and will definitely buy from them again.
