I ordered their Valentine's package on the 27th and set the delivery date for February 11th since I'd heard they sometimes ship late. On the 10th, I emailed asking about the status but got no response. Then on the 11th they said it shipped, but when I tracked it, it just sat in pre-shipment status. I sent another email on the 14th and didn't hear back until the 17th. Their response claimed I'd picked a ship date instead of a delivery date, but that's not what their website said when I ordered. The package arrived today and it's all wrong. I specifically chose the Valentine's package for the stuffed animal that could be a keepsake, plus a potato, card, and chocolates for around $40 plus $12 in shipping. What I got was just four chocolates, a card with random flamingo designs on it, and no stuffed animal at all. Really frustrated with how this turned out.

Total disaster with this company. Ordered a Christmas gift on December 14th with an expected arrival of December 19th. That date passed with zero updates. I reached out and got a response two days later saying it definitely shipped and would arrive by the 22nd, even though UPS tracking never showed anything and their site still said processing. The 22nd came and went. I emailed again that same day and heard back two days later that UPS apparently lost the package, yet UPS tracking never indicated they even had it and the website still showed processing status. I asked how that was possible and requested a refund. No response. I've sent multiple follow-up emails since then with no replies. It's been weeks and I've heard nothing from them. Had to dispute the charge through my credit card company just to try to get my money back.
