Their customer service is basically nonexistent. I can't get responses to emails, and the customer support address doesn't even accept messages. I ordered a couple of stability balls and they refused to apply the 10% off coupon they had sent me themselves. Really frustrating experience overall.

Really let down by how quickly this product fell apart. I picked up the Versa Loops and initially they were great, but the green one snapped after just 4 months of regular use. When I asked Power Systems about a replacement, they turned me down because the 3 month warranty had already passed. Would definitely skip this product and look elsewhere.

I used to shop here regularly years back when I was running my fitness studio, but somehow lost touch with them. Just recently I bought a bar pad and unfortunately it's not safe for clients to use. The pad shifts around on the bar even though the description says it should work fine on our equipment. When I looked more closely at it, I saw white text on the outside that had been covered over with black marker, which is concerning. I paid to ship the item back and now it's been almost 2 weeks with no refund processed. The return shipping cost me 18 dollars out of my own pocket since they wouldn't cover it. I've tried contacting someone there but it hasn't gotten me anywhere.

This company needs to own their mistakes! When my order confirmation came through, I reviewed everything and noticed the address was incomplete - my apartment number wasn't included. Their response? To top it off, they inconvenienced me by shipping the heavy equipment to a local FedEx for pickup instead of regular delivery. And get this, they tell me the package weighs 30 pounds total, which seemed light for 2 boxes of battle ropes and weights. When I got there to pick it up, I found out it was actually split into multiple packages and I had to make a second trip. The first box showed up fine, but then an hour later I get another notification that there's another package waiting.
