Sorted by: Most recentJust had a terrible experience with a large order of 5000 trifold brochures. The proof that was sent for approval looked great, but when everything arrived the actual prints came out fuzzy with colors that didn't match what I originally submitted. I reached out to their customer service hoping to get a full or partial refund but they weren't helpful at all. I ended up having to throw out all 5000 brochures. What a waste of my money and time. I'd strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your printing needs.
Do not order from here. This is honestly the worst printing company I've dealt with. They mislead customers about their printing methods and then try to make excuses for the problems they create. I ordered something in red at one size and received it in blue when it came back smaller. Total nightmare.
