PSD Underwear Reviews
What Shoppers Say About PSD Underwear
PSD Underwear receives polarized reviews, with shoppers split between strong satisfaction and significant disappointment. Positive reviewers praise the design variety, color combinations, and customer service responsiveness, with some stating they highly recommend the brand. However, a substantial portion of shoppers report serious quality and durability issues, noting that seams tear after minimal wear and that the underwear does not hold up well despite the premium price point of around $100 for multiple pairs. Fit concerns also emerge, with several reviewers indicating the sizing runs small and the designs do not accommodate non-standard body types well.
Beyond product quality, numerous shoppers have experienced frustrating customer service interactions. Complaints center on the company's inability or unwillingness to correct order errors (such as incorrect addresses) after purchase, extended shipping delays of up to ten days or longer, unresponsive tracking updates, and automated customer service responses that fail to resolve issues meaningfully. A few reviewers describe the overall experience as scam-like, noting unresolved orders and lack of communication, with at least one shopper filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Sorted by: Most recentThe service here is fantastic and the product quality is solid. I highly recommend getting your underwear from this company.
One star only because customer service at least responded quickly, though their answers seemed automated. I realized my address was incorrect right after placing my order and immediately notified them. They told me nothing could be changed after purchase. I was really looking forward to the gift I ordered, but a company that can't fix a simple address issue within minutes of ordering? That's a huge problem. When I asked the shipping company, they also said no changes were possible on their end either. Ended up paying for underwear that never made it to me.
The designs are awesome and I liked the color combinations on the two-packs I got. That's where the positives end. I'm not built like an average guy and these feel designed for standard body types. I bought two pairs in two packs and washed them between uses. After wearing one pair just twice, it got torn in the seam from the center rear to the waistband, similar to how tights get runs. It was the pair I liked best too, so that stung.
Really disappointed with this purchase. The designs looked awesome and got me excited, but wearing them was a letdown. They're uncomfortable and fall apart quickly. For spending around $100 on four pairs, I expected way better quality and durability.
These just aren't good. The sizing runs small and isn't designed well for lean guys. Worst part is the shipping situation. Took ten days to get one pair, and when I complained that they were too small, they blamed it on the manufacturer printing the wrong sizes and sent a replacement pair free. That was eight days ago and the replacement still hasn't shipped. Totally unacceptable. I won't be ordering from them again.
Hands down the worst shopping experience I've had. I ordered back in May and haven't received my items or even gotten a tracking update. Reading through other reviews and my own experience, this feels like a total scam. I've already filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
The delivery takes forever and the costs are way too high. I don't buy the claim that pro athletes actually wear this stuff. Sure, the prints are cute and the designs are cool, but the pricing is ridiculous. Sports bras at $25 and entire sets for $50, then I look elsewhere and find comparable bras on sale for $7.99, which is their actual worth. I got sucked in by a holiday sale back in May and have been waiting months for my full order. Three items I paid for through a payment plan were never sent and I'm still waiting on the rest. The boxer shorts ride up my legs and the large sports bra doesn't fit, but the xl is too loose in the band and also rides up. After over a month they offered me a free sports bra that wasn't really free since I'd already paid for items I never got. Honestly, I think these only work if you have a very athletic build otherwise they shift and wrinkle. I want to like these but the whole process has been a nightmare.
Within half a year, four out of six pairs ripped. I grabbed six men's boxers and they weren't cheap for what they are. They claim to be athletic wear for athletes, so I bought them for the extended length thinking they'd be perfect for factory work. The material is soft like I wanted, but aside from walking around, I haven't done anything rough in them and they all split at the crotch. Too pricey for something that falls apart so quickly. I've still got Calvin Kleins from two years ago that are holding up fine, so the durability just isn't there.
Had to use a mail forwarding service to get my order to Europe, but it was completely worth it. These are high quality and the extra cost is justified. I'm planning to replace my entire underwear collection with their brand.
I really have to highlight the amazing customer service here. My package had issues because the delivery driver skipped my address three times in a row, then claimed I wasn't home. The package ended up at their distribution center marked as undeliverable. I never got any notification. After UPS customer service didn't help me, I reached out to this company's team. Ashley from their support team went above and beyond to help fix the situation. She was incredibly kind, super helpful, and answered immediately. Really impressed with how they handled this.
