This was straight-up false advertising. The pictures showed a complete two-piece uniform set, but I only got the top half. When I asked about the missing piece, they said it's sold separately and offered me a measly 10% discount if I wanted to purchase the bottom separately. Customer service was nowhere to be found. All I got were apologies saying I was wrong, followed by a sales pitch to buy the other half of the set that was shown in their advertisement.

Had a terrible experience after purchasing during a Black Friday sale. Shipping took forever, the carrier missed pickup twice, then the tracking said delivered when it wasn't. I called PSD and they offered a one-time courtesy reship, but only after I searched my entire neighborhood for the package. Turns out the delivery company lost it five days prior but still marked it as delivered. When I provided that proof to PSD, they agreed to reship but the original set items are now out of stock individually. Really frustrated with how this was handled.

So far everything from this place has been excellent. Delivery times are reasonable and I've had no issues at all after being a customer for almost a year. The underwear looks fantastic on me and genuinely feels comfortable. They don't look like they should be, but trust me they are.

Overall, I'm really happy with everything I've gotten from them. Shipments have been normal and I haven't had any complaints in the time I've been shopping with them. The products look great, fit well, and are genuinely comfortable even though they might look like they wouldn't be.

Placed my order on January 29th and it's been more than two and a half weeks with nothing shipped yet. Customer service is awful. You get stuck on hold for fifteen plus minutes and then they disconnect you. Email support is just as bad and takes forever to respond if they respond at all. This is my first time ordering from them and it's been a disaster.
