This is a scam and you should research before ordering. The candles I received are not the same size as what I ordered and paid for. When I asked them to send the correct size in exchange, they emailed me saying their site states smaller sizes get shipped. Their website doesn't say that anywhere. This is a classic bait and switch tactic. Don't buy from them. I've filed a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back.

Before buying anything, I looked up their contact information and it's completely made up. The address and phone number aren't real. I'd suggest going somewhere else.

Got exactly what I was looking for! The navy shade is perfect, not teal or bright blue like other options out there. Looks great sitting on my dining room table. Shipping arrived quickly and the website was easy to navigate.

Total rip-off. The candles arrive packed way too tight in small boxes so they stick together and pull the wicks out, making them unusable. Customer service doesn't help at all. They know they're sending poor quality, badly packed candles and just take your money anyway. Skip this place.

Really unprofessional operation. They sent the wrong product initially. I double-checked everything based on their box labels and the replacement they sent was also wrong. Apparently this is somehow my problem and I'm out an extra hundred dollars just trying to get what I actually ordered. Go somewhere else if possible. They seem to be editing reviews posted on their site too.

Had a really bad experience with their customer service. UPS lost my order, which wasn't their fault, but they wouldn't even submit the claim themselves. After I filed one, they refused to send a replacement until their investigation was done. The whole reason I chose them was for that fast shipping promise, and they didn't hold up their end even though they weren't directly responsible. Plus the staff was rude when I called. I still don't have what I paid for and it was a frustrating situation overall.

Terrible experience here. I placed an order September 1st and it's now October 8th with still no delivery. This was supposed to be a birthday gift so I had to buy from someone else instead. When I reached out, they kept saying it was delivered but wouldn't show me proof or address the video from my doorbell camera showing nothing arrived. After 6 weeks of being ignored, they offered to resend it but refused to give me my money back even though I'd already purchased elsewhere. Their customer service team is awful - rude, condescending and unhelpful. I had to file a complaint with PayPal to get anywhere with this. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere.

Had a nightmare with delivery. It took more than 2 weeks and I had to keep calling them about one of two parcels. They claimed everything shipped but my tracking showed only one box arrived. When I pushed back, they found the second box sitting in their warehouse after another 10 days and said it never shipped because it was damaged. I got it 3 days later with a broken candle holder inside. I needed these as a matching set of three for my wedding, but they only gave me a partial refund for one holder instead of replacing or refunding the whole set. They even said their guarantee doesn't apply even though their website promises unbroken items or full replacements. The staff was disrespectful and hung up on me when I tried to work it out. Please find another place to shop.

This company is fantastic! Your orders show up super fast and everything arrives in great condition. No endless waiting around for your stuff to get there. Really appreciate the service and wish them continued success.

Their candles are really high quality and they get to you super fast. This is great when you need them in a hurry for something coming up. Definitely would tell others about this place.
