I was shocked that Rainbow Mealworms didn't have any reviews on this site, so I decided to share my experience and recommend them. A friend of mine who keeps geckos suggested this company to me. They really go the extra mile to take care of their customers and stock a wide selection of live feeders plus other supplies. I was hesitant about ordering live insects through the mail at first, but they're definitely legitimate and I've gotten all my orders without problems. If something goes wrong with delivery, they'll refund you as long as you pick it up from the carrier, and I've actually used that policy before when I had an issue. They gave me a refund right away after I sent pictures, plus they expedited a replacement order to me! What really sets them apart is how easy it is to reach customer service. You can actually text them, which is pretty rare in this industry. They were super responsive and made sure everything worked out perfectly with my purchase. My last shipment had fruit flies and mealworms, and everything came in great condition and alive. As someone living in an urban area with limited options for quality live feeders, it's really tough to find healthy insects at regular pet stores. Getting extra small mealworms or fruit flies that are actually alive from local shops is basically impossible.
