What Shoppers Say About Reathlete
Reathlete is rated 1.1 out of 5 by 12 shoppers, with an overwhelming majority expressing serious dissatisfaction. The core complaints center on inaccessible customer support (unresponsive phone lines, slow email responses, non-functional text systems), expensive and inconvenient return processes (customers report paying $30+ in return shipping on items under $100), incomplete shipments (missing controllers, wrong quantities), and aggressive restocking fees. Shoppers also report receiving items that don't match descriptions (compression that is too tight) and difficulty obtaining replacements or warranty support.
Few positive aspects emerge from the reviews provided. The one bright spot mentioned is that email support occasionally responds quickly to initial inquiries, though follow-up issues go unresolved. Overall, shoppers consistently advise against purchasing from Reathlete, citing the combination of product issues, return friction, and inability to reach the company for assistance as deal-breakers.

Sorted by: Most recentWanted to return an unopened box since it was bigger than my apartment could handle. They told me to use FedEx to ship it back. That ended up costing me over $30. The item itself was only $58, so I basically took a $30 loss on the whole thing.
Got their leg compression massagers during the black Friday sale back in December 2025. Now it's almost March 2026 and I still haven't been able to use them! At first I cut them slack when they shipped the items without the controller, figured maybe the holidays caused a mix-up. I emailed support asking about it and got a quick response. But then I had to wait 2 weeks before following up, and the next day finally got a tracking number from FedEx. Once I got the controller about a week later, I got excited to finally try these things out. That's when I found out the controller needs an adapter that wasn't included. Emailed them again and got another prompt reply saying they'd send it right away. Another 1 to 2 weeks go by and nothing, so I follow up again. They say they'll send it promptly. My husband decided to reach out directly and has sent two emails since February and the only response he got was a sorry message on February 13th saying they'd send it immediately. It's now late February and still no adapter, still can't use the massagers, no follow-up from them, no refund, no credit, absolutely nothing.
I've tried calling this company countless times and nobody ever answers. Just have a basic question but can't get anyone to help me out. Heads up to buyers - there's basically no customer support available by phone or text. I tried texting too and their automated system keeps asking me to rephrase my question. Each time I reword it, I get the exact same robotic response. When I call, it tells me to hold while they find a rep, but nobody ever picks up and they don't accept voicemails.
Ordered one leg massager and got sent two while being charged for both. I've been trying to reach out for the last 3 weeks using their contact form and calling their number, but nobody picks up. Their phone line just loops music endlessly and won't let you leave a voicemail. All I want is a return label so I can send the extra one back. Looks like I'm gonna have to eat the return shipping cost myself and dispute this charge if they don't refund me soon. Meanwhile, they keep blasting me with 2 to 3 marketing emails per day. Super unprofessional!
Should've trusted my instincts about this one. Decided to give the product a shot anyway, but man was that a mistake. Thing was incredibly snug, like it was squeezing my skin off. Now I gotta ship it back today and they're hitting me with a 10% restocking charge plus shipping costs on top of that. So basically I'm out both the product and money for nothing. Come on, stand behind what you're selling! Customers shouldn't have to pay all these extra fees just because something doesn't work out. Not buying from here again, and I'm definitely telling people about my experience with this. Total letdown!
Skip this company. Their shipments arrive incomplete, they don't offer replacement parts, and they ignore warranty claims.
Got a neck massager that wasn't what I expected at all. Turns out it's not even motorized, just a basic pillow. But here's where it gets worse - I spent $25 just to send it back. Then I got hit with a FedEx bill for $54.18 for delivery charges I never authorized. This company is being straight up dishonest and I won't be dealing with them again.
These guys are running a total scam. I placed an order and my product never showed up.
My leg compression massager worked perfectly until about 6 weeks after the one year warranty expired. Nothing happened to damage it and I've kept it in its carrying case the whole time it was stored. Then it just quit working out of nowhere. Now I gotta drop another $50 just to replace the remote control, which only comes with a 6 month warranty and no refund option. For something that cost $184, this feels like poor quality stuff.
Picked this up and it didn't work right out of the box. For the price, it's already pretty limited in what it can do. The main issue is it won't operate while plugged in, so you're stuck using just the battery that came with it and waiting for recharges between uses. Customer support told me they'd set up a return and replacement for me but then ghosted me completely. THREE major problems here: 1) Broken from day one, 2) Very limited features for the cost, 3) Zero follow-up from their customer service team. I can't recommend this to anyone.
