Really disappointed. Red Bull shop keeps canceling my orders without explanation. If they'd just get their website and checkout system working properly they wouldn't keep canceling orders when stuff sells out. Not coming back after all these problems. Feels like they're only interested in taking customer money without actually fulfilling orders.

By far the worst online shopping experience I've ever had. Ordered two items, both turned into complete disasters. The first one I returned for a refund so I could get a different size but hit the same problem everyone else talks about with packages stuck at a German distribution center with zero support help. That's after paying fifteen dollars to send it back which I won't get back, plus losing money on the top itself. Honestly it feels like a scam the way everything falls apart. The second item was a limited edition top that showed as available when I ordered and stayed available for days after. Three weeks later I finally get an email saying it's out of stock and they're canceling. Would've been nice if they'd told me sooner so I could buy elsewhere instead. Feel like they were holding my money and would've kept it forever if I didn't keep pushing them. Stay away from this place, completely broken operations from start to finish. One hundred percent failure rate and their support is painfully slow and useless.

I've placed multiple orders here from various Red Bull properties and fanshops and they consistently deliver either exactly when promised or sometimes even sooner. Really happy with this shop overall.

Really upset about how they handled my return. I followed their instructions and sent the item back to their address. It got delivered to a collection point in Germany and Red Bull refused to either arrange for it to be picked up or forwarded to them. They wanted me to deal with it somehow. I couldn't get through to the collection center because their phone number doesn't work. I did my job and returned the item like they asked but Red Bull's team was completely unhelpful about a problem clearly caused by their logistics. Lost my money and never got my shirt but at least I learned a lesson. Never ordering from Red Bull again.

Got my order pretty quickly but the return process is a nightmare. Their site doesn't even function when you try to start a return. Getting help from customer service is slow and painful. I had to call three separate times to finally connect with the returns person. Every single step requires manual work and creates a headache for the customer.

The Red Bull Shop makes ordering pretty straightforward but I've run into some frustrating issues I want to share. They give you a five dollar discount code when you sign up for an account, which sounds great until you realize it only works on purchases over forty dollars. That's not mentioned in the welcome email, so smaller purchases get no benefit. The shipping charges are hidden until the very end of checkout and then tack on eight dollars which is a surprise. When my order shipped from Europe I understood the fee but wish it was clearer upfront. I bought a Red Bull Stratos cap since I followed Felix Baumgartner's amazing jump and wanted a piece of that history. At twenty dollars plus shipping it seemed reasonable but I was let down when it arrived. The cap itself feels cheap, like something you'd find for five dollars elsewhere. Sure it has embroidered branding and a label with his name, but the overall construction is disappointing for the price.
