Rejuvenation Reviews
What Shoppers Say About Rejuvenation
Rejuvenation receives overwhelmingly negative feedback, with the vast majority of shoppers reporting serious problems. The most common complaints involve shipping failures (items never arriving, arriving empty, or taking months), unresponsive customer service, and refusals to honor warranty claims or process returns. Multiple reviewers describe placing orders that vanished without communication, cancelled order requests that went unanswered, and damaged products that the company refused to repair or replace despite being under warranty. A small number of satisfied customers praise the design and quality of products like vanities, knobs, and hardware when they do arrive as promised.
The consistent pattern across negative reviews suggests systemic issues with fulfillment, logistics coordination, and customer service responsiveness. Even customers who initially appreciated product quality reported that subsequent orders resulted in frustration due to shipping delays, missing shipments, or lack of support when problems occurred. The few positive reviews stand out as exceptions rather than indicators of typical service.

Sorted by: Most recentPretty bad - buyer be careful - I spent $470 on a door handle that quit working in less than two years. I asked if they could replace the part or send me a replacement since that's what I'd expect for the price I paid. Their answer was basically sorry but we can't help you. As someone who works in interior design, I won't be purchasing from them again or recommending them to any of my clients. Not a great business decision on their part.
We picked up a new ceiling fan from someone who decided not to use it in their remodel. When we turn the light on and the fan runs remotely, the light flickers badly. The fan also wobbles even though the set screws are tight. I phoned for technical help and they refused to assist. They told me to call Brambling, which apparently isn't even a real company.
The rug was completely misrepresented online. The photo showed much richer and more saturated colors. What they sent had a washed out look with a lot of whitish threads mixed in that dulled everything down.
I ordered a gift card with plenty of time to get it delivered but it either got lost or stolen in the mail. I ended up having to buy something different for the recipient since the card didn't show up by their event date. Rejuvenation kept extending the delivery date even though the USPS tracking showed it was no longer in the system. They never reissued another gift card and I'm still waiting for them to refund my $250.
Returns here require jumping through hoops. There's no online option to start one yourself - you have to call and talk to someone. I tried calling twice today. The first time I waited on hold and it just went silent for several minutes so I hung up. Second attempt went through and the agent was helpful. But seriously, they should make this process way easier.
Ordered a 9x9 planter and got the wrong size twice. Before sending another one they want to open an investigation, but I'd honestly prefer just getting refunded since I've spent a month waiting and could have bought something else by now. Customer service has been okay otherwise, but when I asked about keeping the smaller planter and paying the difference, they said no and mentioned they might freeze my account. The whole thing feels poorly run and wasteful. I deserved either a full refund or at least a partial refund to keep the smaller pot.
Got the wrong size planter twice when I ordered a 9x9. Now they want me to wait while they open an investigation before shipping the right one, when honestly I'd rather just get my money back. I've already been waiting a month and could have bought something different by now. When I asked about keeping the smaller one and paying the difference, they said no and acted like they might block my account. It's been a frustrating and disorganized mess. I should have been given a full refund or at least allowed to keep it for a partial credit.
Be careful about Rejuvenation Hardware - they don't honor price adjustments. I bought three large planter boxes online for $499 in early March and they were delivered about a week later. They went on sale for $409 before delivery. When I called asking for a price adjustment, the rep said they don't do that. I can't return them anyway since the white glove delivery removed all the original packaging, and returns need to be in original boxes plus the customer pays return shipping, which was $250.
I work at a lighting showroom with a trade account here and this is hands down the most disorganized company I've dealt with. We've been trying to get a replacement pendant that arrived with missing parts. They said they'd send a replacement since they don't stock individual parts. Two replacement pendants later and I still don't have a complete one. I'll never recommend or order anything from them again.
The store visits have always been pleasant with this company. But ordering online is a completely different story. When problems come up, the online agents are impolite, dismissive, and don't know how to help customers properly. If you're able to shop in person, do it and make sure you have the salesperson's name and the store manager's name saved in case you need help later.
