Took them four days just to respond while I tried fixing it through their online system and emails with zero contact. When they finally got back to me, their response was rude and condescending. This is my fifth order this year and the second one they messed up. They don't care about keeping customers happy. I'm going somewhere else. The products are fine but their customer service is completely unprofessional.
As a long-time customer, I expected better from Remedy Liquor but I was let down. I bought a collectible bottle for 250 dollars and paid an extra 15 percent for their protection guarantee to make sure it would come safely. The package showed up with the seal broken on the bottle, which made me really worried about if it was real and if someone had messed with it. I sent Remedy photos right away asking for a replacement or some kind of solution. They completely ignored my follow-ups and when I mentioned the protection I paid for, they said it doesn't cover that type of damage. So that protection fee just felt like a waste of money. And here's the kicker, that same bottle is now on their website for 180 dollars. Fixing the issue would've cost them almost nothing, but they just ignored a loyal customer instead. If you're thinking about getting expensive or collectible bottles from Remedy, I'd seriously reconsider. Their packaging isn't great, they won't take responsibility, and their customer service is weak.
Stay away from this scam. I ordered liquor for a New Years party and after eight days with absolutely no contact from them, I asked to cancel. They came back demanding a 5 percent restocking fee even though they never shipped the order out in the first place. Don't use this company, it'll just stress you out.
