I had a really disappointing experience with this company. My order took way longer to ship than they said it would, and there was basically no communication about what was happening. To make it worse, one item turned out to be out of stock, but they didn't tell me until I'd already been waiting forever. They said they'd refund me for it, but that never happened. I kept trying to follow up and just got unhelpful responses. Their customer service is pretty bad, and I won't be ordering from them again.

I ordered two cosplays with expedited shipping and they came almost two weeks later than expected. One of the tops was also missing buttons. I contacted their support team and they said they'd look into it with the production team, but I haven't heard anything since.

I tried to place an order for a cosplay but found out it was no longer in stock. The frustrating part was it took them three weeks to tell me about this, which is way too long to wait for that kind of notification. At least the refund went through quickly, took about a week. I'm just really disappointed because it took so long to let me know, so I didn't have time to order something else before my convention.

Got the Xayah cosplay from here and I'm obsessed with how it looks and all the details. It's super accurate to the character. The feathers, the stars, everything fits together perfectly. Definitely a 10/10 on the design and appearance. Putting it on was pretty straightforward, not like some costumes that need a manual. Comfort-wise it's good, fits mostly right, though the skirt runs a little short so I'd wear shorts under it if I were going out or to an event. It was perfect for my photo shoot though, thanks so much!

First thing I noticed was how fast the shipping was! Honestly didn't expect that at all, which was awesome. Second, these wigs are incredibly soft. I have lots of wigs but this one is the softest and best quality. The colors are so bright and vivid! Had zero issues with my order. Really grateful!
