Purchased a driver and 3 wood and was let down when the 3 wood came with a mark in the lacquer. Got in touch with Oliver at the Warrington location who handled the whole return process with DPD. New club arrived after about ten days and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. Oliver really went the extra mile, making this a seamless experience from beginning to end. Scottsdale deserves to know that Oliver made me feel like the priority, and that's exactly what good customer service looks like.

Bought a driver and 3 wood but noticed the 3 wood had a blemish under the finish. Oliver at the Warrington shop took charge right away and set up a return with DPD. Ten days later I had a replacement in hand and everything worked out great. Oliver went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.
