Sorted by: Most recentGot an Aftershock 18 inch active subwoofer and a 4 channel mixer from here, and this is my third time ordering. The gear itself is pretty decent quality for what you're paying. My problem is with the mixer though. The product listing says it has 4 RCA outputs total, but that's not what you actually get. What it really has are tape in and record out connections meant for an equalizer. There's no way to use the RCA outputs to send a stereo signal to my two powered speakers while controlling volume from the mixer. I called customer service to explain this and ask about a return label. The rep who picked up was pretty dismissive and said since they shipped it to me for free, I'd have to pay to ship it back myself. When I mentioned it should be a prepaid return given the misleading description, he had a real attitude about it and made it clear they won't cover return shipping. After checking shipping rates, sending it back would cost about forty bucks, which means my refund would be a hundred eighteen dollars minus that forty dollar fee. Honestly, I'm just keeping it at this point. Really disappointed with how this was handled.
