What Shoppers Say About Seton Safety
Seton Safety receives highly polarized feedback from shoppers. Some longtime customers praise the company's consistent product quality, attentive customer service, and thorough communication throughout the ordering process. However, multiple recent reviews describe significant fulfillment problems, including incorrect items shipped, unresolved order mix-ups despite customer contact, and substantial delivery delays with explanations that shoppers found unconvincing. The rating distribution reflects this stark divide, with no middle-ground assessments.
Shopping at Seton Safety appears to carry unpredictable results. While established customers report reliability and responsive support, newer or recent customers have encountered order accuracy issues and logistics failures that were not resolved to their satisfaction. The company's handling of customer complaints about wrong shipments drew particular criticism for initial dismissiveness.

Sorted by: Most recentOrdered red and white barrier tape but received black and yellow instead. When I called to report the mix-up, the first person insisted that's what I'd ordered, then suddenly said oh actually you did order red and white, we'll send the correct one and pick up the wrong item. The next day arrived another black and yellow tape. Called back again and got the same promise: right item coming, we'll collect the incorrect ones. But the following day showed up yet another black and yellow roll. Now I'm being charged for three wrong items and my corporate card is maxed out from the charges. They said they'd credit me once the items were returned, but nothing had been picked up yet. I offered to box all three together for a single pickup. Two days later the correct item finally arrived. I emailed to confirm everything was ready: the right tape plus all three wrong ones packed in one box for return. This morning they sent a courier label, but it only listed one item at four kilos when all three were clearly in that single box. I emailed back explaining all three items were together and asked for an updated label for the correct weight. I then got three separate emails from the same person asking me to confirm whether the items were in one package.
I've been a regular customer at Seton for quite some time now, and they consistently deliver. Their team goes above and beyond with how they handle inquiries and orders. The products I've received have always been top-notch, and their communication throughout the process has been really impressive.
Stay away from Seton if you can help it. I placed an order for P95 masks online and then ordered another box a week later. Both were supposed to ship within three weeks, but when a month passed with no delivery, I had to call. They said shipment was coming the next day but blamed delays on the holidays, which made no sense since my orders were placed in February. Called back a week later and spoke with someone who found my order but had nothing useful to tell me. She promised to call back and never did. When I called again, I was informed the items were on backorder with no estimated delivery date. I pointed out that my invoices actually listed delivery dates. The rep got defensive and told me they were surprised I even got to order them, saying the website showed them as out of stock. I objected since they were available when I ordered and I had proof of two separate invoices. I decided to cancel. The frustrating part was they charged my card immediately but refused to refund me. Only after I contacted my credit card company did they issue a credit right away. This company is happy to take your money for products they don't actually have in stock.
