I emailed back explaining all three items were together and asked for an updated label for the correct weight. I then got three separate emails from the same person asking me to confirm whether the items were in one package.

Only after I contacted my credit card company did they issue a credit right away. This company is happy to take your money for products they don't actually have in stock.
