Stay away from this. The item arrived completely rusted with all the slats warped and curved like it had been soaked in water. Assembly was a nightmare and the whole thing ended up being useless. This company's communication is terrible. Would not recommend to anyone.
I got a defective tower fan through a marketplace retailer. The buttons quit working after the return window closed, so I had to contact Seville's warranty support. Their customer service turned out to be absolutely terrible. They insisted the only way to get a replacement was to destroy the power cord and email them a photo of it. This came after I had already sent video proof that the buttons weren't responding. Even with that photo, they said it would take 7 to 10 business days to send a replacement. Basically they're asking you to go without a fan for two weeks just to avoid paying for shipping the old one back. After multiple back and forths, they refused any other option and I was stuck either going without air conditioning in mid-summer or keeping a broken fan. All because they want to save a few dollars on return shipping.
We purchased a furniture piece on the 4th of June and the charge hit our account the next day. After multiple phone calls and getting bounced around, I finally found out on the 31st of July that they had just gotten the parts to put it together. They said shipping would happen that week but I had to call back repeatedly to get any answers. The item didn't arrive until August 12th. Nobody from the company ever reached out about the delay. I had to basically demand to speak with a live person instead of leaving voicemails that nobody returned.
The actual product quality is excellent but the customer service is really bad. Getting any information about your order status is basically impossible until they ship it out. I ordered over a week ago and haven't gotten proper updates from these people. Call their number and you'll sit on hold forever. Email them for an update and they send a shipping tracker that just says the label was created with a delivery date days away. Now I'm past that date and they're saying the carrier never came to pick it up, but the carrier tells me the shipper never scheduled a pickup. You call back for answers and get the same tracking link that still shows the label was created. They've also got messenger support but all they do is point you back to the phone number and email. When you manage to talk to someone in chat and mention filing a complaint with consumer protection, they just say okay and nothing changes.
