Shield Republic earned a customer for life with me after this experience. I ordered two shirts in early December for my husband's Christmas gift. On the 10th, I got a notification it was delivered but never found it at my door. After talking to neighbors and discovering we weren't alone with postal issues in the neighborhood, I reached out to Shield Republic. Their team got back to me fast, was genuinely kind, and walked me through checking with neighbors and filing a claim with the post office. When I still hadn't received it after several days, Shield Republic surprised me by sending a replacement package completely free of charge without being asked. That same afternoon, a neighbor actually brought me the original package that had been sent to them by mistake. I immediately called Shield Republic back to let them know, and I just have to say their willingness to go above and beyond for a customer really blew me away.

This place is a total ripoff! Their shipping is terrible and good luck getting any kind of refund. Don't waste your money on this company because you'll get burned.

Seven days just to send out two shirts? That's way longer than it should take. Not coming back to this store.

Placed an order on the weekend and realized I needed to change it. Called them up first thing Monday morning only to find out they'd already started printing my stuff and couldn't help me out. Come on, they're closed weekends so customers get no window to fix mistakes. I like their products but their support team is seriously lacking. This is unacceptable.

I've bought from Shield Republic multiple times and have been really happy with my experience. Shipping always gets here quickly and their team is super responsive whenever something goes wrong, like ordering the wrong size. They sort things out fast and fairly. The tees are comfortable and well-made, and the pricing is right on par with what you'd pay elsewhere for similar stuff.

These guys should really consider selling products that are actually made here in the US instead of overseas. It's disappointing to see an American company not supporting domestic manufacturing. They're part of what's wrong with retail today, and I think the new trade policies might finally catch up with them.

I'm a repeat customer of Shield Republic and really can't complain. Their shirts are high quality, fit great, and shipping has always been quick. Haven't had any problems with them whatsoever.

Watch out with this company. They're being dishonest about their shipping options. Yeah, they offer expedited shipping, but what they don't tell you is that clothes get manufactured after you pay for them. So you're waiting for production time plus whatever they promise for shipping, which is supposedly faster but only drops from several days to just slightly less. It's a scam. I ordered over a week ago and it hasn't even shipped yet. Called and emailed customer service and neither was helpful. The phone rep was actually kind of rude.

I've ordered from Shield Republic three times now. The shirt designs are really cool and quality-wise they're decent, but the customer service has been pretty disappointing. On my second order, I bought a surprise tee and got a shirt with a message that didn't match me at all. Seemed like they weren't even checking what goes into packages. I emailed about it and basically got a no from them. For my third order, I was supposed to get two items but only received one. When it arrived, the shirt had black ink stains from the packaging. I called them about the missing item and they promised to send another one, but when I asked when they'd ship it out, the representative told me she couldn't answer that and said she was too overwhelmed with emails. Look, I'm giving three stars because if I wanted lazy customer service and mediocre products, I'd just order off Amazon. I was really hoping this company would have better values and take pride in what they do, but I guess I was wrong about that.

Just wanted to say how impressed I was with Shield Republic for my holiday shopping. I ordered around early December and got my confirmation right away. They sent tracking info the next day and everything showed up super fast. I actually ended up getting more items than I expected, which was a nice surprise. Really satisfied with how smoothly the whole thing went. Thanks!
