They say no, we have to wait for it to fail again, but we can buy an extra one for 29 dollars. So I have to wait for water leaking down my wall before I can get one shipped? It's late Thursday afternoon PST and they're located in Kentucky. The rep tells me they'll ship it overnight Friday and we'd get it Monday. Monday! I'm trying to explain that nowadays you can get things from Amazon the same day, and I've gotten items much faster than that.
