They charge you for shipping and they'll also bill you for return shipping if something's wrong. It's time they updated their policies to match the current market. Plus, their faucets were going for 100 bucks more than the exact same ones at other retailers. Buy from them only if you have no other choice.

I placed an order for bath sheets 2 months back and was charged right away, but never got a confirmation email with an order number. I'm still waiting for the towels to show up. I'd strongly advise staying away from this company and their products.

I've tried calling and emailing this company multiple times with no luck. They're impossible to reach, and the phone support doesn't exist. I could return the item, but it shouldn't be my responsibility to cover the cost of shipping when the product isn't what was advertised.

I wish I could give this company a lower score than one star. Nobody wants to deal with water damage, and the stress that comes with it. Last year we spent over a thousand dollars on a shower system with four valves, a hand sprayer, and a showerhead. Everything worked fine until today when the main valve on the wall started dripping. We shut off the water and called our plumber. He tells us we need the replacement cartridge specifically from this company because it's unique to their valve. I call them up. It's covered under warranty at no charge, so I ask if they can send two extras so we don't have to shut the water off for the whole day if this happens again. They say no, we have to wait for it to fail again, but we can buy an extra one for 29 dollars. So I have to wait for water leaking down my wall before I can get one shipped? It's late Thursday afternoon PST and they're located in Kentucky. The rep tells me they'll ship it overnight Friday and we'd get it Monday. Monday! I'm trying to explain that nowadays you can get things from Amazon the same day, and I've gotten items much faster than that.
