Ordered right after the holidays - got 5 patterns with $8 shipping. Took nearly two weeks to arrive, and when it showed up, the envelope was already torn open at the seal. The patterns inside were damp and everything stunk like mold and mildew. I tried calling customer service and sent emails too, but nobody ever got back to me. Wound up paying over $38 for what turned out to be a total waste of money.
