I've been ordering their tea for the past 2 years and I've only needed to contact customer service once. They got back to me within 3 business days and were really helpful in solving my problem. I also figured out that adding sweetener really helps bring out the flavor. Keep in mind that not every tea flavor will appeal to everyone, and over time I've figured out which ones my family actually enjoys.

I signed up for their membership and placed an order. When the tea arrived, it wasn't for me, so I sent multiple emails trying to cancel my automatic shipments. I wasn't even asking for money back, just wanted them to stop sending me tea. But here we are over a year later and the stuff keeps showing up. Every package goes straight to the trash because I never get responses to my emails. I've supposedly cancelled the auto ship and cancelled my membership several times but nothing works. Please just stop sending this tea!

This company is fantastic! The customer service team really goes above and beyond. It's a small operation with limited staff, but that's where the Snark Squad community comes in. If you join, you get tons of support from other members, and they'll help with any issues you run into. The tea itself is top notch. When you compare the ingredient quality to bigger brands, theirs stand out. The Snark Squad people are really responsive if you ever need to adjust something like tea strength. I genuinely love what they're doing here, and it's the first tea company that made me actually want to drink tea regularly. Everyone has different preferences and that's totally fine, but if you're not vibing with the product, maybe leave a thoughtful review instead of being harsh. All these companies are working hard to build something great, and I wish them all the best.

Their customer service is completely unacceptable. I tried reaching out multiple times and got basically nothing in response except one message on social media saying I should be patient. They also told me that if I submit multiple requests, I'll go to the back of the line. I experienced the same thing another reviewer mentioned where I got blocked from their social media page. When I finally said I was done waiting and would contact my credit card company, they blocked me right away. They never even tried to actually help me with my problem. There are tons of other tea companies out there and this definitely shouldn't be your choice.

These teas taste amazing and the customer service team is fantastic. I've been ordering from them for over two years and I'm really happy with everything.

These teas are just not good. Either there's barely any flavor or they taste downright bad. I tried the Lavender Lemonade and it was genuinely awful. I ended up throwing away the whole 64 ounce container. The tea doesn't live up to all the hype they promote in their advertising.

My concern is about where these ingredients actually come from since the tea is just packaged under their label rather than manufactured by them. There are still plenty of countries using agricultural chemicals that aren't safe for people. Personally, I think there are safer and better value options out there worth checking out.

These herbal teas have basically no flavor at all! I tried reaching out through their social media and my comment got deleted right away. Then I got blocked and couldn't even access their page anymore! They clearly don't want to hear anything negative. Their site is full of positive comments and I've got to wonder if staff members are writing some of those themselves. I wish I'd found honest reviews before spending my money on these terrible teas. The lavender lemonade is especially bad because there's no lemon taste, just like chewing on actual lavender flowers. Super gross. It's frustrating that they block negative feedback because that's actually useful information for shoppers. Yes, the tea colors look nice, but the complete lack of flavor is really disappointing. I've tried 9 different sample packs trying to find something good, so I'm glad I didn't buy any larger quantities.

Absolutely unacceptable customer service. Do not buy from them. I never got my order and they don't have a phone line. All I get are unhelpful automated responses. I'm planning to leave plenty of warnings so people know what they're getting into.

I bought several different tea flavors based on the high ratings shown on their site. One of them tasted really bitter and I wanted to leave a review about it. I filled out the review form completely and hit submit but nothing happened. I tried refreshing and resubmitting with no luck. Then I went to a different flavor and submitted a positive review with zero problems. When I went back to try leaving my honest one star review for that first tea, it wouldn't go through. I don't appreciate this company blocking negative feedback and I won't be buying from them anymore.
