Major problem here. I paid for fitness equipment back in December 2023 and it's still sitting in limbo. They keep saying there are issues but also that it's coming soon, yet nothing ever arrives.

Placed an order 12 months back. After waiting 8 months with constant delivery delays, I decided to cancel. They said they'd send my refund, but that was four months ago with nothing but excuses ever since. Now they're not even responding to emails anymore. I'm convinced this whole operation is a scam. Stay away from this company.

I'd rate this zero stars if I could. A year ago I ordered something and never got it. I've asked multiple times to cancel and receive my refund, but the company quit responding to my messages and I still don't have my money. Do yourself a favor and don't buy anything from these people. It's just a rip off.

Still haven't gotten my order after more than a year. Every time I reach out asking for a simple update or timeline, I either get confusing answers that don't really address anything or nothing at all. The company might actually make great equipment, but I'll never know since I can't get mine. At this point I need to request my money back and find somewhere else that will actually deliver what they sell.

The item seemed promising until I actually placed the order. More than a year has passed since I bought a pull up bar and it's still not been sent out.
