Products can sit in their warehouse for months before arriving. Since placing my order back in October, it's still stuck in processing as of September. How is this even normal? Is this even a real global operation with any stock? A regular supplier would have gotten my stuff here faster!

They never shipped out my $2000 order. Their account got shut down because of vape trading restrictions on a certain exchange and now they won't refund me or send my items. Absolutely not trustworthy. Don't fall for the hype from industry publications promoting them as reliable when they're really just taking cash.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS 'COMPANY'... they're based out of China and if anything goes wrong once your package is in the US, there's zero phone support. IT'S ALL HAPPENING IN CHINA AND YOU BASICALLY LOSE YOUR MONEY. Stay far away unless you want to throw cash down the drain.
