I've made a couple purchases from them this winter and everything went smoothly. I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 mainly because their regular prices are pretty steep for my wallet, though their frequent sales definitely help. Both times I ordered, I caught them during a sale event. Their crop tanks are fantastic and I've gotten some really nice work sweaters that always get compliments. The patterns and color options are really distinctive and eye-catching.

This company isn't reliable. The item I received didn't match how it was described. When I left a critical review, they refused to post it on their site. It looks like they only display positive feedback on their product pages.

The clothing quality is disappointing and their service isn't great either. I tried to return something but they said final sale. My paperwork didn't indicate that anywhere and it should be obvious on the receipt when you buy it. All they could do was apologize. Now I'm stuck with a product that doesn't work for me and looks nothing like what was shown online.

The actual quality of their products is great, I'll admit that. The real problem is their customer service. I placed an order about 8 days back and items that were available then are now completely out of stock, but they never sent me any kind of notice about whether my stuff will actually arrive or if my order got cancelled. This keeps happening and I'm fed up with it.

I spent over $400 on an order placed in mid-November. Now it's mid-December and my tracking still shows the label was made but nothing has shipped. They sent me an email asking me to review products I haven't even received yet. I've tried contacting their customer service multiple times and have barely heard back despite responding quickly to their one email. Meanwhile, my credit card bill has already posted.

I'm really frustrated with how they handle customer service and discounts. I made a purchase with a 20% off code, but before my package even got here they started a 25% off promotion. I contacted support to ask if they'd apply the extra savings, but they just sent me a template response about their no-combining promotions policy. Basically they're saying I'd need to buy everything again at the new price and then return the first order, which is annoying and inefficient. Most normal stores will adjust your price if a better sale pops up soon after you buy. But they decided to stick rigidly to their rules instead of treating me well as a customer. It's disappointing for a company that talks about community and good vibes. The designs are nice to look at, but this experience makes me wonder if I'll shop there again.

I absolutely adore this brand! Their stuff is seriously well-made and has held up for me over years of use. They're always coming out with fresh designs, new colors, and adorable graphics. Even their lighter colored workout bottoms don't show sweat marks, and everything feels incredibly soft and sturdy. The loungewear they make is both stylish and incredibly comfortable. I haven't experienced any size inconsistencies or delivery problems. The price point is higher but honestly the quality justifies the cost. Plus they run sales all the time so you can try them out without a huge commitment. They're my go-to for activewear without question. I always tell my yoga friends to check them out when they ask where I get my cute, functional gear. Their customer support team is fantastic too, usually responding within a couple hours during business times.

I'd advise everyone to stay away from this brand. They sell cheap items made overseas at premium prices. I bought two hoodies and both started fading, the printed designs are peeling off, and the fabric itself is deteriorating. This happened after just three times through the washing machine. It's basically a marketing scheme where the founders are trying to profit off subpar merchandise. Eventually this catches up with companies like this.

I'm really let down right now. This brand has always been one of my favorites and their customer service has been dependable. But lately they've really dropped the ball. I bought something during their Cyber Monday promotion over a week back and it still hasn't gone out. When I ask for updates they keep saying they have new procedures in their warehouse that are slowing orders, even though they never had delays like this before, even when the pandemic was at its worst. The worst part was Sunday when they promised expedited shipping would happen on Monday. Monday passed with no tracking information and no responses to my messages.

Do not buy their yoga leggings. I was attracted to a gorgeous fabric color and ordered them. I typically wear Small but always go for Medium in leggings, so when offered Medium/Large I picked that. What arrived today shocked me. They're incredibly small, like they were designed for a preteen. There's absolutely no chance a regular medium-sized adult could wear these comfortably, let alone someone who normally buys large. And it gets worse: they won't let me return them because of their final sale policy. I'm now the owner of $118 leggings I'll never actually wear.
