What Shoppers Say About Spiritual Gangster
Spiritual Gangster receives largely negative feedback, rated 1.8 out of 5 by 13 shoppers. The most consistent complaint centers on customer service deficiencies, including unresponsive support, failure to notify customers about out-of-stock items or order cancellations, and extended shipping delays. Additional concerns include unclear final sale policies that are not prominently displayed at checkout, perceived review censorship (customers report critical reviews not being posted on product pages), and inflexible discount policies. A smaller group of reviewers praise the quality of crop tanks and other clothing items, and note that frequent sales help offset the high regular prices.
The company's responsiveness issues emerge as a critical pain point across multiple reviews, with customers reporting weeks-long order processing times, unshipped packages with created labels, and difficulty obtaining timely answers from support staff. While some shoppers acknowledge the product quality itself is strong, the combination of poor communication, restrictive return policies, and inadequate customer service creates frustration that overshadows the merchandise.

Sorted by: Most recentI bought a tank and shorts combination back in spring and the fit was completely wrong when it came in. The product pictures were misleading. The shorts had ribs and were transparent, and the tank top didn't fit right and was way too short. I sent it back but it took forever to hear from them, and when I finally got a refund it was only for half my purchase. The other half for the tank top still hasn't been refunded and I can't get a response about what's happening.
Skip this place entirely. I got a pair of their sweatpants through a third-party retailer and they're absolutely not worth it. The material feels flimsy and cheap, and after just a few weeks of normal wear they started falling apart from pilling. At this point they look like hand-me-downs from someone decades older.
